REFUND POLICY

1. General Donation Policy
Kambhupaniseba is a charitable organization.
Donations made through our website are generally considered voluntary and non-refundable.
Because donated funds are often immediately allocated to charitable activities, we cannot guarantee refunds once funds have been utilized.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:
A. Duplicate Donation
A donor accidentally makes the same donation multiple times.
B. Incorrect Amount
A donor unintentionally enters an incorrect donation amount.
C. Unauthorized Transaction
A payment was made without the donor's authorization.
D. Technical Error
A payment gateway or website malfunction resulted in an incorrect transaction.
3. Refund Request Procedure
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date.
The request should include:
- Donor Name
- Registered Email Address
- Contact Number
- Transaction ID
- Donation Date
- Donation Amount
- Reason for Refund Request

4. Refund Review Process
Each request will be reviewed individually.
Kambhupaniseba reserves the right to:
- Request supporting documentation
- Verify transaction details
- Approve or reject refund requests
The organization's decision shall be final.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds may take:
- 7 to 21 business days
depending on:
- Banking systems
- Payment gateways
- Financial institutions
6. Event Registration Refunds
For paid events:
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the event: up to 100% refund
- Cancellation within 7 days of the event: refund at organization's discretion
- No-show participants: no refund
The organization may waive these conditions in exceptional circumstances.
7. Failed Transactions
If funds are debited but a donation confirmation is not generated, donors should contact us immediately.
Upon verification:
- The donation will be confirmed, or
- The amount will be refunded if the transaction failed.
